10/31/1997 – Greek Theatre, Berkeley, CA

As far as I know, this was only the second Halloween show 311 had ever played (the first was in Athens, GA, in 1995). This show featured a special improv session from Nick and SA, as they filled the time it took to repair Chad’s blown kick drum with covers of Billie Holiday’s “All of Me” and “Detour Ahead.” What a surprising and rare treat for those lucky enough to have attended this show!

In addition to downloading the audio below, you can also watch several videos from the show (“Jackolantern’s Weather,” “Galaxy,” “Stealing Happy Hours,” etc.) on YouTube! There is also a video of “Lucky,” which is a ton of fun to watch. Enjoy!
